React JS is an open-source, component-based front-end Javascript library backed by facebook and maintained by open source community. It is the most popular Javascript library amongst all other libraries and frameworks currently available.

It is flexible, declarative and efficient library for building the view layer in an application. It has excellent cross-platform support.
